Throat-slit Body Of Girl Found In Graveyard

LAHORE: Body of a 14-year-old girl with her throat slit was found in Shah Gohar Pir Darbar graveyard in the Baghbanpura area on 23-March-2025.

According to police sources, the victim was unidentified, so far and no documents or belongings were found near her body that could help determine her identity. Passersby noticed the body lying in the graveyard and informed the police. Upon receiving the information, law enforcement and forensic teams arrived at the scene.

Police confirmed that the victim’s throat had been slit, indicating a brutal killing. However, the motive behind the murder remained unclear. The body was shifted to the morgue via an Edhi ambulance.

Police have urged citizens to come forward if they have any information regarding the girl’s identity or any suspicious activity noticed in the area. The incident sent waves of fear and concern among locals.
