Through meticulous analysis, the report highlights key areas that strategic litigation can address, such as the establishment of a uniform minimum age for both genders nationwide, regulations for Nikah Registrars, requirements for subsequent marriages, and the enhancement of financial rights for women after divorce, among other crucial issues.
