SAHIWAL: On Lahore High Court orders, Dera Rahim police recovered a kidnapped minor girl after six months from village 100/9-L.

The eldest of the four abducted siblings reported she was gang-raped by two kidnappers throughout her captivity.

Reports said that on Aug 20, 2024, six armed men had kidnapped four siblings — three minor girls and a boy.

According to the police report, three of the children managed to escape the kidnappers’ custody, but one girl remained captive.

When Dera Rahim police failed to take action for the recovery of the fourth child, the family moved to the Lahore High Court.

Following court orders, the police raided a location and recovered the girl, who revealed that she had been repeatedly gang-raped by two suspects.

A case was registered under sections 365 and 375 of the Pakistan Penal Code against six people, and police arrested three suspects. Further investigations are underway.
