Boy Tortured, Humiliated Over Rape Allegations

TOBA TEK SINGH: Two persons allegedly tortured a boy and humiliated him on allegations of rape bid at Chak 680/21-GB, Pirmahal.

In the first information report (FIR), Muhammad Ramzan said his son, an electrician, was called by telephone by a woman, Saima Jamil, to repair the electric wires at her house. When he was at work, Muhammad Pervez and Maajid Amin, reached there, overpowered him, and took him to their cattle shed.

They blamed him that he had come to rape the woman. They turned him semi-naked, tortured him, and forced him to rub his nose on Earth while they captured it in a mobile phone camera. Pirmahal police registered a case against the suspects.
