Two Boys Held for Allegedly Abusing Special Girl

GUJAR KHAN: Two boys have been arrested under the charge of sexually abusing a special minor girl in the Bara Gawah area of Domeli police station in Jhelum district.

A resident of Gajial village told the police on March 16 that his son Mohammad Ali had left his five children with him after divorcing his wife.

He added that one of his two granddaughters, aged 14, was mentally retarded.

He alleged that on March 5, she was taken to a deserted house by two boys and one of them subjected her to sexual abuse while the other recorded video of the offence.

The police after preliminary investigations got the girl medically examined and registered the case.

SSP investigations Sikanadar Gondal told this correspondent that the police had arrested the two suspects and investigating the case.

District police officer Chaudhry Mohammad Shafiq added that it was also shocking that the two suspects were less than 14 years old.

He said that all-out efforts would be made to get them punished from the court of law.

He said samples were also being sent for DNA analysis.
