Teenage Boy Killed In Scuffle While Playing Ludo

A 14-year-old boy was killed during a scuffle while playing ludo in Jannat Goth near SITE Superhighway Industrial Area.

According to police, the body of the boy was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. He was identified as Abu Bakar, son of Yar Zameen Khan. Subzi Mandi Chowki Incharge Kamran said some children were playing ludo with bets involved, which led to a fight.

During the quarrel, the deceased boy reportedly assaulted another boy, Ali Akhtar, son of Afzal, who retaliated by attacking him with a sharp object, causing fatal injuries. Police have arrested Ali but the murder weapon has yet to be seized. Further investigations are underway.
