School Principal, Hostel Warden Held For Molesting Children

Police on 18 September 2024 arrested a private school principal and a warden allegedly involved in child molestation.

Police told The Express Tribune that the accused had subjected five children to sexual abuse in the Dera Allah Yar town of Balochistan.

Moreover, the local authorities have sealed both the school and the hostel following a formal complaint lodged by parents and students.

The incident was exposed when five students from Shaheen Force Residential Public School, alongside their parents, filed a complaint at the Dera Allah Yar police station.

According to the families, the school’s head, Mohammad Nadeem, along with three other staff members, had engaged in inappropriate behavior toward the children.

Responding swiftly to the complaint, Deputy Superintendent Police, Mohammad Dad Khosa, SHO Javed Ahmed Khosa, and officer Tariq Behrani conducted a raid resulting in the arrest of the principal and the warden.

Both suspects are reportedly from Muzaffargarh district of Punjab.

A formal case has been filed against three individuals, including the principal and the warden, following a report lodged by the parent of one of the affected students.
