Man Arrested For ‘Sexual Assault Attempt’

A suspect was arrested on 08-July-2025 on alleged charges of attempting to sexually assault a 10-year-old girl in Karachi’s Pirabad area.

The incident took place in Frontier Colony where the accused allegedly tried to assault the minor.

Upon learning the incident, the victim’s family and local residents caught the man and subjected him to a physical beating before notifying the police. Police officials stated that a team was immediately dispatched to the scene and took custody of the suspect, Jan Taj, and transferred him to the police station, where police registered a case against him. Further investigations are underway.
