Kids Tortured For Mango Theft

Two children were tortured by a landlord and his accomplices after they were caught stealing mangoes from his orchard.

The children were taken to a farmhouse, where they were allegedly subjected to physical abuse and later stripped before being sent back home. A video of the naked children was shared on social media, prompting District Police Officer Syed Ali to take immediate action. The police registered a case and arrested one suspect, with raids underway to capture the remaining fugitives.

According to the sources, the incident was reported from Kot Chutta police area, where the two children allegedly went to steal mangoes from the orchard of Nazar alias Nadir Luddi. They were caught by Muhammad Asif and Amir, who took them to Nazar’s farmhouse, and allegedly tortured and later stripped them. A video of the incident was recorded, which was then shared on social media.

When the video went viral, the district police officer instructed the Kot Chutta police to take prompt action.

The police registered a case against three accused, Nazar, Muhammad Asif, and Muhammad Amir, under PPC sections 377B, 365, 355, 342 and 292. One of the accused, Muhammad Amir, was arrested, and efforts are underway to arrest the remaining suspects.
