OKARA: The body of 12-year-old Gul Bushra was found in fields near her village on 9th October after she had been missing for two days.

According to the first information report, the mentally challenged girl left her home in Probanabad village to follow her elder sister, who had gone to the tubewell to wash clothes. However, she never arrived at the tubewell and did not return home.

After waiting in vain for her daughter’s return, Gul Bushra’s mother Ghulam Fatima filed a report of her disappearance.

The Dipalpur Saddar police registered a suspected abduction case against unidentified suspects.
