RAWALPINDI: Two girls, aged 13 and 15, and a 12-year-old boy were allegedly sexually assaulted in three separate incidents in Rawalpindi.

A 13-year-old hearing and speech-impaired girl was allegedly assaulted by a neighbour in the Naseerabad police limits, a 15-year-old domestic worker was allegedly assaulted by a co-worker in the Rawat police jurisdiction, while a 12-year-old boy was allegedly abducted at knifepoint by an unidentified motorcyclist and sexually assaulted in the Pirwadhai police area.

The alleged assaults on the two girls came to light after they were found to be pregnant, while the boy informed his father about the incident.

According to details, the father of the 13-year-old girl told Naseerabad police that he worked as a labourer and his daughter was unable to hear or speak. When she fell ill, she was taken to a doctor, who informed the family that she was pregnant.

Her mother questioned her through gestures, and the girl identified a neighbourhood resident, Asad, as the alleged assailant. Police registered a case after conducting the girl’s medical examination.

In another incident, a 12-year-old boy was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted in Fauji Colony, within the Pirwadhai police limits.

The boy’s father told police that when he returned home from work, his son said an unidentified man assaulted him.
