Court Sentences Man Forraping Mute Minor Girl

RAWALPINDI: The sessions court sentenced the perpetrator of forcibly raping a mute minor girl to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 100,000.

After the sentences, the criminal was transferred to Adiala Jail. Additional District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi sentenced the perpetrator Mansoor Waheed, who kidnapped and raped a mute minor girl from Kallar Syedan police station to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs100,000. The culprit was transferred to Adiala Jail after the sentence.

The Kallar Syedan police had registered a case against the accused Mansoor in May 2023. The medical board had confirmed the rape. The court declared that this was a very vile and cruel act. The accused does not deserve any concession.

In another case, 5 drug smugglers were sentenced to a total of 56 years in prison and a fine of Rs 1.38 million after being found guilty. Drug smuggler Imran Khan, who was arrested for the crime of smuggling, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of Rs800,000 after being found guilty. He was arrested by the Saddar Wah police station in December 2023.

The same court sentenced the criminal Waris Khan to 9 years in prison and a fine of Rs80,000 for smuggling 1,700 grams of hashish. He was arrested by the Wah Cantt police station in April 2025. The Additional Sessions Judge Rawalpindi sentenced the criminal Badshah Rehman to 9 years in prison and a fine of Rs400,000.

He was arrested by the RA Bazar police station in April 2025 after 2 kg. 400 grams of hashish was recovered from him. The criminal Tariq Mahmood was sentenced to 9 years in prison and a fine of Rs100,000. He was arrested by the Dhamial police station in April 2025 after 1.45kg of hashish was recovered from him.

The criminal Wajid Hussain was sentenced to 9 years in prison and a fine of Rs80,000. The criminal was arrested by the Dhamial police station in April 2025 after 2kg. 100,000. The Gujar Khan police station arrested him in April 2025 after he recovered 100 grams of hashish.
