17 Year Old Allegedly Raped

Lahore. A 17 year old girl was reported sexually assaulted in Shadman Lahore, after being lured in under false pretext of a job offer by a suspect identified as Ali Raza. According to the police the suspect persuaded the teenager who had been living with her maternal uncle in Lahore to accompany him by offering her employment. He then took her to a hotel where the assault took place. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the incident. The victim’s family reported the matter to the police, who registered the case and started an investigation. Acting swiftly the police apprehended the suspect who is now in custody. Officials have assured the public that further investigations are underway and that the victim will receive justice.
